Who are we?
Founded in 1980, by brothers Michael and Patrick Armour, under the moniker “AAA Sales,” Armour Petroleum Service and Equipment Corporation (APSEC) has blossomed into a well-respected, family- operated business which has been serving the Northern California region for over 25 years. We are a Class “A” general contractor with hazardous materials endorsement as well as a C-10 electrical contractor.
Our International Code Council (ICC) certified technicians are factory-trained to troubleshoot and repair Dresser-Wayne, Gilbarco, and Tokheim fuel dispensers, as well as API/ Ronan, Red Jacket, and Veeder-Root fuel storage monitoring systems. We are also a Lincoln Lubrication Equipment distributor and warranty service center. We currently have 30 pneumatic pumps in our loaner pump program, which allows us to repair our customer’s equipment while doing away with costly downtime. Along with all of this, we also routinely repair Gasboy and Fill-Rite pumps for underground and aboveground storage tanks; and maintain and repair in- ground vehicle hoists. We have also developed a system and technique for water stoppage in containment sumps. We have stopped water from coming over the tops of sumps and leaks that were entering sumps at rates greater than 25 gallons per minute. Our customers have enjoyed great savings in maintenance and disposal costs from our abilities to seal and repair sumps.
Thank you for this opportunity to introduce you to our company. If you have any questions, or would like to see our facility,
please contact us.
Best Wishes,
Daniel L. Armour

Tank Cleanings
Our tank cleaning process is very visible. You will see the dirty fuel before it is filtered. The fuel will first pass through a 25-micron cartridge filter and then through a 5-micron filter, and you will see the clean fuel after filtration and before being returned to your storage tank.
